Book of Hoeth and bound spells

I was wondering if the book grants rerolls to bound items that cast spells (both rings) as the bound spell section states that its as a regular spell so idk. I've been playing witht eh idea of a loremaster in P gaurd and would love to put the ring of fury. Lemme know what the consensus of the Asur decides

No. There is a section in the BRB (which I don't have with me right now) but it says something to the effect of 'bound spells cannot benefit from wizard levels or items'. I'd search the index for references to bound spells and take a look.
