Not sure how valid these ideas are cos I haven't played SM in donkeys years but...

Obviously you need the Captain on bike but he seems a bit of a misfit being the only real CC threat that you have. I'm not sure if some different equipment i.e. more shooty might benefit you more and then just sticking on melta bombs for tanks and what have you. Either that or trying to equip a unit to help him out in CC. I would also try and take a bit more advantage of the fact that you can bolster two ruins with the techmarines. Maybe a squad of scouts or devs instead of a bike squad?
