Eternal guard to HE spearmen conversion?

Hi, I've been toying around with the idea of using Eternal guard for the spearmen in my Chrace army, and was wondering if anyone has done it, or seen it done somewhere.

If you have access to a 3d printer or not. Elfhead3d on etsy had lots of head and weapon options that slot in well with gw models.

Cheers, yeah I have his heads already.
I'm just hoping someone has done something like it so I can see a painted version (digital kitbashes don't always do it) and maybe get some other ideas about how to do it.

I think this could be a very cool conversion option. I recall seeing someone do this back in 8th edition for a full Chracian themed army. I have attempted to find them again on Dakka Dakka, though I haven’t had any luck.
