The FB post says they came from the client for a commissioned work. Really like them!

I didn't find the exact ones but there are a lot of similar 3d printed shields on Etsy these days:

Personally I'm making my own transfers then freehanding borders on them to blend them in.

Oh wow, those are awesome. Nobody on Etsy gets the shield shape right, but I think it's because everyone is selling Elfhead's shields. If you figure out who makes the ones in the image, let me know!
