Ellyrian Reavers

#1 Post by Silver »

Fewer than they were before, some still have the courage to take them out and make them shine.
Show your assembly, your painting, your WIP, give your tips and techniques.

Way before Island of Blood - I had to make my own, for 7th edition mind you. Here they are!

Classic Reaver Legs with Tiranoc Chariot horses and spearmen bodies, added capes and feathers.
The musician is a bard (with the scroll~) ;D

Here are my Reaver Knights. I will avoid calling them "Elyrian", I think just by looking at them it's pretty clear these guys do not hail from Ulthuan at all...

The basic colour scheme for the horses is Abbadon Black, Nuln Oil, Dark Reaper (I think) and Thunderhawk Blue. You can finish with an additional black wash if you like.

Lord Silver, did you know your elves wear the livery of Elwings famous Guard Cavalry?

You can find the stats here in the Classic Regiments of Renown army book: http://warhammerarmiesproject.blogspot.nl/
