Looking at the catalogue Rod posted, it seems that I don't have all the different ones which were released, I only have these differentes types:

Btw the last link works Rod, very inspirational army indeed!

Those quivers look really nice. They must be really rare as I haven't come across them on Ebay. I guess I'll be using a proxy for them.

Thanks for the effort guys

No problem :)
Probably people have lost them over the years and that's why they're more difficult to find :(

I think I have a few extra (have to count). I can also make some out of greenstuff. I think you aren't in the US though.

No need for that Shannar I've got these other quivers now anyway, might as well use them.

I promise this is the last picture of Sea Guard, but I finally painted the quivers!
Image

My next steps for 2020:

- Assembling and painting the Imrik and Dragon model that I got one year ago.
- Painting 20 plastic Spears from the Last Sword kickstarter.
- Painting 10 Silver Helms
- Painting 2 Tiranoc Chariots
- Painting 15 White Lions (6th ed models)
- Assembling and painting 20 Archers from Last Sword kickstarter.

I don't think I'll be able to paint everything, but let's go step by step!

My current list of painted models and the year I worked on them:

2017
16 6ed plastic Spears
20 6ed plastic Archers
5 6ed Silver Helms
15 6ed Swordmasters

2018
5 6ed Dragon Princes
5 5ed Ellyrian Reavers
2 6ed Repeater Bolt Throwers
2 Giant Eagles (5ed metal models)
1 Cavalry Noble (5ed with phoenix helm)
1 Noble on foot (Dark Sword Miniatures)
6 6ed Swordmasters (total 21)

2019
25 5ed Sea Guard (finally!!)
1 Teclis
1 Female Elf Noble with longbow
14 6ed Phoenix Guard models and 1 4/5ed model
4 5ed Handmaidens of the Everqueen

That's becoming a lot of models. You should add up the points totals you've got painted up. I was very surprised by the totals when I did that.

And I don't mind yet another LSG picture. They're a lovely unit. And I love the blue scheme.

+1

The number of posters who don’t like a nicely painted unit of metal LSG is pretty small.

Thanks for the encouragement! :D
I said it more in the sense of a new unit being more interesting to look at

I am still deciding whether I am bringing my paints home for the Christmas break...But I am definitely bringing my models with me so I can play with some friends, hopefully this time I actually manage to write at least one battle report during Christmas!

Hi!

(About the battle report, I wrote a short one with a 3-player battle here: http://www.ulthuan.net/forum/viewtopic. ... &start=150).

I have been adapting the plastic Spears from page 1 of this thread to the more green/blue/turquoise scheme I am using now, and also the 6ed Ellyrion Reavers.

Spears (6ed plastic)
Image

Ellyrion Reavers (5ed and 6ed metal):
Image
There's a rider missing who is unpainted and I keep delaying it

Also my complete 21 Swordmasters, I realized I hadn't taken a picture of the complete unit:
Image
This unit has a mix of models I painted many years ago (I think they are in the first page too) and the guys with turquoise crests in their helms whom I painted in 2018.

My goals for 2020 are painting the remaining Silver Helms I have (I think I have 11), the Imrik and Dragon models I bought from the GW made to order, and 20 Spears and 20 Archers from the Last Sword kickstarter I bought a couple of years ago!

I am painting 5 Spears first as a test, here is a WIP:

Back

I would like to make the armour not only silver but coloured, and I am thinking about how to achieve that.

I hope to have 5 of these finished soon, and then I'll only have 15 to go

I acquired 6 more Maiden Guard and I have finished all of them :)

I am about halfway through with 12 Silver Helms, and the Spears have been pushed back until I finish those.

Thanks Rod!
Looking back, I should have painted the horn with lighter colours, but I guess I can always try to fix that later.

I take this opportunity to say that I hope all of you and your friends&families are safe and hopefully we can all get through this together.

I see what you mean about the horn. It feels a bit simple and unfinished perhaps, compared to the rest of the models. On the other hand, it's good enough :) Sometimes you just have to declare a model done and move on to the next one ;)

So far for me everything is fine. The logistics of it all is becoming a bit more complicated, with having to work from home (an advantage of working in IT...) and having two kids who need entertaining now the schools are closed. But since there are no major health issues in my circle of friends / family I count myself blessed. I hope the same goes for you and everyone else here :)

We are doing well here too, but we have my brothers kids for this week while they get life stabilized. We are working from home so that helps, and we are pretty used to homeschooling anyway. I'm not sure if my brother will appreciate the "extra lessons" we are doing. Pocket Knife safety, fire building, and today is BB guns for the kids that are old enough. The look on my brothers face was pretty priceless when his 5 year old told him she lit two matches.

Some of my extended family have got it but thankfully the younger ones and they’re recovering well. It’s eerie though, the sweeping effects it’s had on everyone’s lives.

Ahaha, you're right! The Silver Helms deserve the attention after being on white primer for so long.

I'm glad that you're all doing fine (given the situation)!
@PrinceofSpires Good luck with the kids!
@Shannar it seems you're training the kids to join the Shadow Warriors
I hope your family members recover swiftly @SpellArcher!
