Sources about Asur lore

#1 Post by Celahir »

I would like to ask another question.

Besides the army books, where can one read on High elf lore?

I know there are some Black library novels, that do focus, or at least mention the Asur.

Sofar I know of:

1.Gav Thorpes Sundering trilogy, as well as his Doom of the elves omnibus and Bloody handed, Never forgive and Anaerion.

2.The Defenders of Ulthuan series.

3. The Tyrion and Teclis trilogy.

4.Dragonmage.

5.The Gilead series.

6.Gotrek and Felix Giantslayer and Elfslayer

7.A bit about Elves in End times Nagash and Archaon.

8.The war of Vengeance trilogy.

9.https://ru.scribd.com/doc/97395674/WFRP ... f-the-Asur

Are there any other sources of information about the Asur, that I have so far overlooked?

Don't overlook the 3rd edition armies book. Not a lot of fluff there, but the HE DE and WE pages are all worth a quick read.

You forgot the Elf End Times book (Khaine). Which is not very good but only about elves.

There are the Warhammer Roleplaying books, which also have stuff about elves in there. Though I don't have those, so I'm not familiar with what it says in there.

And the BRB of the different editions have some fluff on elves in them. Also, there is some mention here and there of elves in other army books (the latest VC one has some interaction with HE, the dwarf ones probably as well).

I also forgot "Grudgelore", a book about the Dawi, which has a rather large section about the war of the beard I think.

It can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... FBvQ1dNZGc
