Yes, moment of madness, RoF is HE and is Fury of Khain and not fireball so obviously wont get the extra dice. But then again, FoK is a great spell for a roll of 3. Following that train of thought though, if I were to take the bound fireball from common items, woudl the DM get the extra dice? Thanks ...

My thinking with the ring of fury was that most of the dice will be used by the AM and I can pretty much gaurentee the RoF with two dice and have a 50/50 with one dice (last spell).
