Re: Pinning Horse Tails

I've pinned some tails  Take a thin wire, or steel clip. Flatten one side, than try to make a hole that will be similar to the shape of end of the pin. Drill a hole in a tail. Idea us to turn the flattened end withim horse body so it is not falling apart and then glue a tail. Hope you get the ...

Re: What brand of paint works well?

depending on availability, there're several other branches that you might try: - Coat d'Arms - this is a former manufacturer of GW paints, and they're still making their colours with right consistency so the paint is not sedimenting in the pot ;) - Foundry - it is much easier to get it in UK, I stil...

A kind of offtop in the thread, but still: well...all Russian port fortresses were designed to prevent the assault from sea side. It was the case with Sevastopol in Crimea campaign and WWII, Vladivistok and forts of S-Petersburg. Land side was left poorly protected, as in all cases it was supposed t...

well...this man at least got his prison years. I don't recall any sentence to war criminals from one side that was welcomed by another side of a conflict, really I don't think it is even possible. However there're certian persons, who're in power instead of being put to trial, like mr. Kosovo PM.......

Re: WikiLeaks legitimacy?

Giladis, one of the worst things I've seen from these cables is how foreign policy of a superpower can be influenced by actions of incompetent low-level diplomats, who feed the rumours to the ambassador, who, later, sends his report to state dep. Then, if reality contradicts his reports, they're sta...

It's cold enough here (-20C) but almost no snow in the city, however some regions have 30 cm of snow in 2 days. On weekend we'll be back to -3C, but most likely with lots of snow.
As I have practically abandoned the car due to traffic, this winter is not a problem for me ;)

If I'm afraid that craft knife might break, I'm using swiss army knife, bigger or smaller blade depending on the task.
It can cut white metal, if used correctly.
I have small hacksaw, but so far only used it on ogres ;)

well it is not an easy issue. First of all, the bigger the company the more likely they're going to try to avoid taxes, as they can get enormous savings. you may check gamezone eagles - they have 2 or 3 with removable riders.

there're two models of GW WE eagles - one with rider, one without.

I really like LOTR eagle (it was in a box with Gandalf and Saruman)
