Pretty much mostly done with the base of the woods. Just need to add some flock to it and it should be good to go. Haven't done more to the trees than prime them.

Two updates:

My incoming package has arrived. It's fantastic, pictures later.

My outgoing package is in the mail, should reach the destination before Xmas. However, as I handed it over to the postal worker, I realized I had forgotten to take pictures.

I should have mine mailed off by the end of the week. Just have some detail stuff to finish up.

I'm still plugging away at it. I am starting to seriously loathe the taunting that I receive when I pass by my workbench and don't have time to paint.

Assembling and painting a Soviet Strelkovy army and a Soviet Tankovy army for Flames of War when I'm not working on other stuff. Other than that, not really interested in other games. WWII is pretty fascinating to me.

There's already a pretty big market for gaming mats. One of the websites offers a pretty decent selection of them, granted a lot of them are designed with RPGs in mind and come with grids. Point is, for GW to try and break into the market with overpriced and limited selections seems ... sad. However...
