Sounds pretty cool. Outdoor rocks or indoor ones?

Well, indoor rocks, but outdoors.
lol, that's another option of course. Though I must say that somehow height feels different indoors and outdoors. At least for me, outdoors always feels higher somehow. It's probably the lack of reference points or something like that.

I think I prefer that Imrik model to the following one, liking the blue!
My poor Minaithnir is missing half a leg after years in storage and no idea where its gone.
I'll get the archers up tomorrow i hope. And soon I'll finish up 15 swordmasters (12 6th ed, 5 4th edition). I'm working on Telcis as well (one of the 3 I have anyway) but he's going much slower. I might wait to base those until all the movement trays I'm working on are ready though, might as well do that stuff all at once.

That's an ambitious goal, you sure it's realistic?
Loving the progress, Imrik with his giant wings is a classic! The blue is very striking
Prince Deral Lionbane, head of the House of Lionbane, Lord of Lionstone and Warden of Tor Charta
Luna, try not to beat them too hard. They are proud about their pseudo-glorious past and their present nothingness, you know.
-Elmoth, about Caledorians
I like my preslotta elves. This one had a hard to deal with mold line on his face though. But unlike my other copy his polearm is intact.
So archers from the Eternal Champion range that crossed over to become high elves. Plus some wood elf command. The wood elves got a crazy amount of command models near the end of 3rd edition compared to high elves by the way...
Swordmasters are coming along well. And I did a small amount of work on some warmaster spearmen.
Swordmasters are coming along well. Just the musicians horn, and gems on all 17 to paint. Looking at the number of gems, I'm going to guess about 3 months until I finish...

Melniboneans Shannar?

The Scarloc’s Wood Elf Archers set made a real difference I think. The last guys you’ve pictured are slightly different and slightly earlier perhaps, while still being clearly cut from the same cloth. I have a small unit of them in my army. Nice colourful job on your unit by the way.

Jes Goodwin 1985. There were some heavily armoured guys holding swords too. Bit of a Roman vibe but I see them as maybe the beginning of that huge wave of JG elves.
Ja, JG for sure. I'm just not sure if they had a role prior to becoming High Elves or not. So much of that particular catalogue of HE is repurposed stuff it's hard to say.

Good question. They might be on Stuff of Legends for example I guess?

A unit of warmaster spears is now "done" Still basing and shields to go, but I need to seal them first, and I want the humidity to be a bit better than the 80%+ of the last couple days.
The first cav unit of the oldhammer army is going well. 4 elves with bows, I've also decided to use 3 of the "Elven Personalities" as a command group for them, and while I'm at it I'll paint one of the wizards from that set to join them too.
Sealed, so basing should be done soon, unless I actually end up having jury duty. The extra travel time for that would use up most of the time I dedicate to painting during the week. I think two units of 15 spearelves come next, but 5 preslotta elves arrived today.
