Need help uploading avatars

Hello,
I'm having trouble uploading avatars to the specified size. A lot of members have big, clear pictures. When I edit an image down to less that 7.8Kb and 150 x 150 pixels, my image is quite small and hard to make out.

Any tips on uploading an image that looks good when shown as an avatar?

Show me the source image you'd like to use and I'll have a stab at it for you.

Find the avatar settings bit and look for where it says ''Avatar dimensions: ''

To the right of it you'll find two small boxs, stick 150 into both of those boxes.

It should then look like this

[150]px x [150]px

The size 150x150 pixel is the largest you can have at the moment.

Thanks Shadow wind. I made the pic bigger, but it is at such a low res that it looks terrible. The 7kb limit is killing me.
