I had this idea that I would play Age of Sigmar using boxed starter sets. They tend to be sort of balanced, I think. I played a couple of games using only all the models from Island of Blood. The high elves side can always claim sudden death, but I ignored that for now. So far both sides seemed fairly balanced against each other, with the advantage going to who gets the charge first.
I was wondering if there were any who would try playing the older starter sets and see their results? Or maybe pit one battalion box against another.
