Racial supremacists I think not, they ARE the superior race (debatable with other elder races), they're just open about being better than everyone else, and they like to rub it in a little.
White is the colour of Death. They wear it in uniform for rememberance, in honour, iirc.
Pointy hats are different from tall helmets.
