Can an ethereal unit throw spells?

Well, the headline says pretty much everything. But to elaborate, I wonder if a Walk between world's:ed mage in a unit can throw spells? If so, Lore of Death comes into another light..

After you finish your WBW you are no longer ethereal....so I don't see what you are trying to pull?

there is no reason why ethereal model couldn't cast spell. And if the question was about "can I move the model prior to cast with Walk Between, you sure can."

@pk-ng technically they stay ethereal until end of phase, but don't see many ways this matter... well panic dangerous terrain test could be, if for example somehow you managed to cause panic test on your unit that were used walk between before, thus ethereal would ignore DT test ;)

spellarcher i was only meaning the part that ethereal ends right after spell is over vs phase. in both instanced fanatic / mangler duty is option :)
