Which armies' models have Flaming Attacks?

I've been going through the HE Army Book, and I really wanted to make use of our Fireborn special rule which gives those units a 2+ ward save against wounds caused by Flaming Attacks. However, I only play HE and don't have any of the other Army Books. I know our Sisters of Avelorn, Handmaiden, and Lore of Fire have access to Flaming Attacks, and the Gem of Sunfire gives a bonus to Flaming Attacks. So, I wanted to see how we benefit from Dragon Armour and the Armour of Caledor.

Could anyone shed light on which units in the other armies come equipped with Flaming Attacks and/or which items from their Army Books bestow the Flaming Attacks special rule? Many thanks in advance!

BRB - Banner of Eternal Flames
WE - Shooting units with Moonfire or Starfire Shots.
DE - War Hydra - Flaming Breath
WoC - Chimera, Characters, Dragons - Flaming Breath
CD - Magma Cannon
DW - Flaming Cannon (duh), Irondrakes (only shooting)
Bret - Wyrmlance (Magical Weapon)

That's all I can think off the top of my head.

All damage spells of the Lore of Metal.
Fiery Convocation (High Magic spell).

Skaven: Warp Fire Thrower.
Lizardmen: salamanders.
Tomb Kings: fiery breath from the Warsphinx.
