Can this banner be taken in either of the Everqueen End Times lists? I don't see anything that says it can't, but I also see the original item says "If the army includes Alarielle the Radiant" and neither of these are the Radiant...

Huh. I hadn't seen this before. I guess wisetiger7 is technically correct but I would ask your group/TO/whoever what they think as the RAI would not preclude it in my view.
