Undeath Dragonmage

I know it's been asked and answered that a dragonmage can generate from Undeath.

However....

Is the first spell generated still Flaming Sword of Rhuin, even if generated from Undeath?

(Flaming sword/Ryze could be awesome)

ETC FAQ seems to say no flaming sword isn't taken.
If you take fire than yes you take flaming
If you take undeath u generate per normal rules.
But it is TBC

But from my understanding of the RAW flaming should be "generated" regardless of lore.

a) House rule it
b) Ask TO.

Well, right, that would be what I would do if I didn't have a group of experienced gamers who could help by giving me their opinions on the matter. Hence my question for the forum.
