slayer death blow

greetings fellow warriors,i would like to ask you this: how do you deal with the deathblow from slayers?i mean how can they allocate all the death blow attacks on asingle character on base contact with them? can they do that? has this matter occured to you?how did you dealt it?

As long as the model that died is in b-t-b he can use the deathblow rule. Essential it's just another 'free' hit.
How do you counter this? a) good armour save / ward save b) don't get into combat with slayers ... they are only m3 so that's pretty easy.
