Are Great Eagles monstrous creatures or flyers?

For the sake of movement, are Great Eagles now Monstrous Creatures with the Swiftstride rule, or are they still flyers with a move 10 inch rule? I feed the former given the picture on that page of the new rule book.

Edit: There is a picture of them in the Monstrous Creastures section of the Rulebook, which might make the answer obvious. I guess my question us more related to confirming the new movement and attack rules ie they now get Stomp?

Flyers is NOT a Unit Troop Type, its just a special rule on top of everything else.

Eagles are Monstrous Beasts that Fly.
