1500 pt Tourney This Weekend

Hey guys, wondering if I could get some input on this list for a tourney I have this weekend. There are no rules and special characters are allowed, which I am not using.

So I was thinking giving this a try or do a number of the following:

1. Change the Archmage to a Lvl 2 and give him the silver wand plus the ring of furry.
2. Trade the swordmasters for PG, drop the banner and have 15 PGs
3. Drop the second noble which I am sure that would be choice #1 for you all if you were playing, I guess I was just looking for something different.

I guess I am just trying to get an idea if this list is even completive or if it is too character heavy. I have only played on match at 1500 before that worked out in my favor but it was you standard Archmage, BSB, CORE, etc list. There is a prize so I am actually trying to win as opposed to only having fun. Thanks for any input.
