Question about hellblaster

Does the hellblaster get a -1 to hit for shooting for shooting multiple shots? If no how in gods name do you beat it? I tried to send my eagle but as soon as it got LOS to charge in the next turn it got decimated. After that it just proceeded to obliterate my units.

Help would be good.

I also saw it kill 6 grail knights and 6 knights of the realm in two turns of shooting.

Its very flimsy, it can blow up on turn one or never blow up the entire game, like any other artillery, but you have to bring enough stuff against it to make sure it goes down - if you send 1 eagle, eagle gets shot, the end.

If you send 1 eagle and prepare for a hero to charge out of a unit or for a cavalry unit or anything else really, maybe a second eagle, to threaten it together, then it can only shoot one thing down.

And no, it gets no penalty for multiple shots as far as I'm aware.

Silver has it right. Any twin-combination of eagles, reavers, shadow warriors? , Chariots should take it out.

I was reading the rulebook, but is Multishot penalties gone altogether?

not multi-shot penalty is there somewhere in the 70 pages i think.
