Due to Curse.com acquiring WarhammerAlliance.com, I think or something like that, their status of simply being a News site with no profit became linked to Curse's business and now Games Workshop is suing~

There's just no stopping the downfall of Warhammer Online eh? The biggest fansite and newsite for Warhammer Online and Curse's add-on & database services are going to take a hit this time~

Actually the game is really healthy atm. Playerbase has stabilised, some good patches have come by and the city end game is going to be completely revamped in a week or 2 when 1.3.5 goes live.

Curse vs GW won't affect the game all that much. Most US players use official forums, and my guess is EU players will do the same if WHA were to go down.
