The priests count as wizards, so it would stop them. But the King/Prince do not, so they would still be able to attack/move.

Yes, but it specifically says that Wizards may not cast 'spells'. Im pretty sure my opponent, who is extremely competitive, will argue that Incantations are not spells.

So, will Null Stone stop incantations?

If I remember right, nullstone is used at the start of the enemy magic phase and ends that phase. So yes it works on Tomb kings.

Also note this will effect item bound spells, magic items, special rules, anything!

Ends the phase full stop.

Okay, seeing as Priests count as wizards and seeing as the TK book describes the function of an Incantation as being an auto-cast bound spell with a variable Power Level, I would say yes, the Null Stone will definitely stop a Liche Priest stone cold. The Prince/King 'My Will Be Done' might slip by, but those are largely pathetic.

Null stone works on any spell caster (and obviously bounds as its a magic item in range)

The null stone is a fun Item to use and can through people off there game when hit by it but sadly since GW in there wisdom made it useless against daemons and Vampires (except preventing them from casting if in range) then you hardly see it used
