Chaos Dwarfs Army

#1 Post by Bania »

Hello!!!
"I’ll say this, and it will be the last I speak on this subject. The so-called Chaos Dwarfs are traitors. They betrayed our people and way of life. They are the walking dead just waiting for my axe to remind ‘em." —Korbad Grimaxe, Dwarf Explorer

I love the way you've worked so much colour into these Bania.

I do miss the silly tall helmet ;)

That's a very impressive looking army. Indeed a lot of color going on. And the machinery looks bad-ass. Where is the model from?

The main one is a Forge World Dreadquake Mortar Rod.

I keep forgetting how many great models Forge World makes. Every time I visit their site I want to start spending money. Though it must be said that FW has the same issue with taking pictures of miniatures GW has. They suck at it. I don't know what it is or how they manage to achieve it. But the pictures are just terrible. There's a fair few people on here who've made better pictures to show off models then GW and FW manage.

Quite amazing when you think about it really.

Sadly it's £80/90 for this one. I wish you could buy the mortar on it's own.

yeah, they do know how to prize things at forge world. Which is one of the reasons I haven't bought anything from them just yet.

Still, they do make lovely models.

The only Forge World product I have is Tamurkhan and I have to say that was worth every penny.

Wondering the same thing. How's the kid and the wife? And are you getting a bit of sleep?

Cheers guys! Both are doing fine - little girl started smiling and, in effect, so did the big one :) Little hobby time, but I'm planning on finishing the Warplightning Cannon sometime in the future :D
cheers, Lee

It lights up your life and makes the world a bit a better place :) enjoy it.

Hobby time is always optional. Though I am looking forward to the warp lightning canon :)
