More texture paints from GW

#1 Post by RE.Lee »

I got Agrellan Earth back when the first came out and it really helped me with basing my High Elves. Now I'm excited to use the Valhallan Blizzard on my Chaos army - I tried mixing the GW snow flock with PVA glue and white paint, but the effects were so-so at best and it was a rather slow process.

As much as I hate the direction GW is going with most of the miniatures, a lot of their painting and modelling stuff has been inspired - the technical paints, the wide brush range. Its quite overpriced but really cool stuff!

I have a bunch of them lying around which I received as a gift from a friend at some point. I'm still to test them out. But your positive review moves that moment forward. Hm, perhaps I can use them in my secret santa project. Requires some thinking (especially since I don't yet know what the project is going to be...)
