HE List for 1375 pt League Game

I'm facing off against a wily veteran later today, a good friend of mine who I know plays DE, Dwarves, Ogres, and WoC, for my area's Warhammer League. I have no clue which army he's going to use this time around, but I've decided to take my new HE army out to play. The following is the list I play to use, and after the game I will likely write a battle report. Without further adieu, here is the list.
Noble: D Armour, GW, Radient Gem, Shield, Tiranoc Chariot
Noble BSB: Banner of Sorcery, D Armour, GW, Shield
Lv 2 Mage: Ring of Fury, Silver Wand
Archers (11)
Spearmen (24): Command
Ellyrian Reavers (5): Swap Spears for Bows
Shadow Warriors (5)
Silver Helms (5): Command
Repeater Bolt Thrower

Total: 1374

C&C are both welcome and wanted.

It seems to me that you are leaning quite heavily on magic to do some damage. There's not much here that is going to do anything in combat. Silver helms will most likely under perform unless truly supported by your chariot noble. You might want to try and get another chariot in there to help out. You could do this by dropping the Reavers straight up or drop the shadow warriors and the 11th archer.

The helms are intended to be purely a support unit, I don't plan on using them to break units on their own. The mage is going with the archers, and I like seeing complete ranks so I don't mind spending a few points to make them look more proper. If I had a 2nd chariot, I would be fully inclined to agree that it's a good call, unfortunately I don't have a 2nd chariot. The list does indeed favour magical dominance, but thankfully, the list should put out enough magical pressure to do some serious damage, not to mention the fact that at only 1375 pts, most armies won't have nearly enough magic defence to handle the offence I am bringing to the table. My list is somewhat handicapped by it's fluff, being a pre-sundering Naggarythe army, many units won't ever be there because it doesn't make any sense to have them with my fluff, but I like fluffy armies so I'm working with what I've got (Helms=Anlec Nights, Spearmen, Archers, Reavers=Raven Heralds, tiranoc chariot=Naggarythe noble chariot like Malekith's Black Chariot, Shadow Warriors, Gr. Eagles, and RBT). I'm not entirely sure whether I've missed any units that would have been seen before the Sundering, in a Naggarythi army.

I don't understand why you would take a BSB with Sorcery and a big spear block when you could take an elite unit with Sorcery and a BSB with armour.

5 Silver Helms with full command is a unit that should never be fielded. 5 DPs with nothing is better.

As I stated in my second post, my list is designed around it's fluff. I am trying to make it as effective as I can, within the boundaries of my fluff, and unfortunately, many of the elite units are iconic units of specific provinces, and some of them were not even founded until after the Sundering (prime example here is Swordmasters).

Are you making a list on the Malekith side?

Basically yes, the Malekith novels are the inspiration for my HE army, the plan is to build the most effective army I can, within the restrictions of being a pre-sundering army from the province of Nagarythe. Unfortunately, while I agree that it's not optimized, most of the best units don't work with the fluff for which my army has been designed. Thankfully I have 9 other fantasy armies, so being an uber-powerful tournament army is not important to me because I already have armies that are designed to destroy, my goal with this army is to build a fluffy balanced army that is fun to play.
I haven't had time to write a battle report yet, but I'll summarize what I can right now; my opponent was playing his WoC, our league uses primary and secondary scenarios in every game, the primary scenario we rolled was simply battle points, the secondary scenario was "vendetta" (each nominate one of our characters before the game begins, tell you opponent who it is after deployment), and the deployment type was table corners. My opponent secured a solid victory over me by completing the first scenario (he killed more than I did) because I am still new to the army and made the mistake of playing to aggressively, making a few tactical errors which ultimately cost me the game.
