a long awaited return to high elves

hey guys as you might guess im making a return to my beloved Asur and was wandering if you could help me with the list.
i will post the list i have come up with and i would apreciate any comments you may have
this is a 2000 point list as this is the most common size of game in my area

prince- armour of caledor, vambraces of defense, amulet of light, halberd - 251pts
noble- bsb, guardian phoenix, helm of fortune, heavy armour, great weapon - 172pts
level 2 mage- silver wand, ring of furey - 185pts
level 2 mage- seer staff, scroll - 185pts

2x 10 archers 220pts
14 phoenix guard with full command and banner of arcane protection 265 pts
12 white lions with full command, lion standard, amulet of fire 255pts
6 shaddow warriors 96pts
2x tiranoc charriot 170pts
2x repeater bolt thrower 200pts

total = 1999 pts

The Prince needs a great weapon, and you'll need the banner of sorcery as well. I would advise you to drop one shadow warrior, the guardian phoenix from the bsb and the banner of arcane protection from the pgs to make room for those changes. In fact I would probably drop the shadow warriors altogether and buy an eagle instead since it would probably help you more. If you do that you should be able to keep the guardian phoenix on the bsb.

I think your fighting units are too small because you have too many points in characters.

I don't think the HoF is really worth it on the BSB as he will only have a 4+ AS anyway.
And yea Banner of Sorcery is needed to get the most out of those 2 LVL 2's. It would be best on the PG.
