i think the heralds should be on flying chariots, those cost like 60 points or something absurd like that ya? Oh and one needs to be a bsb, preferably with icon of despair, drop some flesh hounds maybe?

Its for a tourney where no secial charachters are allowed. Otherwise it would be kairos + scribes + skully
