Does anyone happen to know where the Island of Blood is located on the Warhammer World map?

Is it one of the islands off the coast of Ulthuan?
Is it near an elves outpost in the old world?

I cans t seem to find much about the place at all so if anyone knows (or if someone can confirm it's never been made clear...) that would be great :D

Its location is not entirely clear. Which makes sense as it is supposed to be closely guarded secret.
But it lies about a mile from mainland in some part of the Old World. There are Underway tunnels and it is indicated it is probably not too distant from the Skavenblight, which means somewhere in the area of Estalia or Tilea is most probable location. It is wrapped in mists and guarded from all intruders by animated statues of elven heroes of the war with Daemons. These are getting power from waystone network of Ulthuan. The fauna and flora of the island are blighted because a chaos rift opened there at the time of Caledor Dragontamer's spell which was closed by the effort of said heroes.

Don't expect Pronce Althran and Sharpclaw to defend it though, not even legal points wise :p

Legal only in that one scenario, yes. I do not know how it translates into the new army book either. But it doesn't mean the island itself can't be used as part of the campaign.
