For those who don't know, BattleScribe is a software tool that lets you easily throw together army lists by doing the math for you. BattleScribe: http://www.battlescribe.net/
You would need to install it before you can use the catalog. A catalog is just a little data file that tells BattleScribe what units are available for each army, what they cost, and what the list building rules are. Since this catalog is an online link the creator can update it without you needing to really do anything.
I'm not the creator of BattleScribe or this catalog. This catalog doesn't include unit characteristics or rules text.
According to the creator this catalog contains:
Vampire Counts
Tomb Kings
Lizardmen
Warriors of Chaos
Beastmen
Daemons of Chaos
Undead Legions
Legions of Chaos
Wood Elves
Dark Elves
High Elves
Host of the Aestyrion
Host of the Phoenix King
Host of the Eternity King
The Legion of Azgorh - Chaos Dwarfs
Skaven
Ogre Kingdoms
Bretonnia
Dwarfs
Orcs & Goblins
Empire
Ah, Floorhammer. A time honored tradition. Sadly, I no longer play since my brother tripped and right-angled the spears of a 15-man regiment.

Slightly off topic, does anyone know how one would go about creating a battlescribe file. I find it really annoying that you can only have 1 T Chariot and can not place them into units of 1-3.
You know what they say, if you dont like what someone else does, go out and do a better job yourself
Good catch on the Tiranocs. I don't know how to produce/edit these files, though they seem straightforward and the site likely has info. You can't directly edit this file because someone else owns and hosts it online.
That said, if you don't mind waiting a bit you can always sign up on the forum and post the requested fix yourself . Until then I suppose you'll have to just put 3 tiranoc chariots on your list and jot down a note saying they are in a single unit.

Been using this file for a while, there are quite a few errors in the eternity king list in addition to the tiranoc thing:
-enchanted shield for high elf characters is listed as 10pts instead of 5
-iirc dispel scrolls are listed as 20pts instead of 25
-doesn't always seem to catch if you're under core allowance/ or over special/rare etc.
-dragon prince standards and champs costing 20pts each too instead of 10pts each
-Imrik listed as 0pts
-great eagles can't be taken in units (not a big deal)
Those are from the top of my head I'd imagine there are more. Hoping it will be updated with the archaon stuff soon.

Ive done some research and Ive managed to edit my own catalogue file.
For T Chariots you can now have a unit size of 1-3 and up to three units.
Eagles you can now have in units of between 1 and unlimited
The rest I havent figured out yet
All I need to do is figure out how I get a file from me to you guys If someone could PM me?
