putrid blight kings rules?

Hey all, looking into a new army, maybe chaos. Can someone fill me in on as many rules as are allowed to be posted on the fancy blight king models.
I dont want to have to buy them or the new book just to see their rules in case i decide i dont like them and dont want them in the army.
