Where Can I Find the Final Chronicles of the Dark Empire?

I was wondering whether the complete Chronicles of the Dark Empire has been released and if so where can I download it?
Also was there ever a story that was about the final fates of Bel Sariaan, Malekieth, and Alith Anar?
