We've just released Defenders of the Forest, the Beta version of a Wood Elf WFRP 2nd supplement (http://www.liberfanatica.net/Elf_Project.html and are about to enter the research and development of the High Elf supplement, while finishing the Alpha version of Defenders of the Forest.

We are looking for budding writers, editors, artists, etc, to join the project. Please PM me for details.

The High Elf supplement will be based upon the same format as Defenders of the Forest, with our primary focus upon the trade colonies around the world for its Beta release. While the colonies of the Old World are well known, does anyone have information on the following:

• Tor Elithis – The Lost Isles of Elithis
• Tor Elasor
• Tower of the Rising Sun
• Tower of the Sun
• Tower of the Stars
• City of Spires
• Fortress of Dawn
• Citadel of Dusk
• The Turtle Isles

Most of the various elf fortresses and towers that are scattered around the world are only names on a map. Sometimes they have been built to protect vulnerable or important waystones and laylines, or over other magical points that the elves think shouldn't be meddled with. The lizardmen do/used to do something similar and some elven fortresses are actually built over the ruins of old lizardmen ones. After all, points of power remain points of power.
Other times it's a fortification left over from when the elves colonized the world, but it's still garrisoned because it's useful as a trading post or harbor of some sort.
Each outpost specifically though? No clue.

Does anyone have references to older WFB supplements with the above mentioned?

Fortress of Dawn.
Citadel of Dusk.
[from wikipedia]There is an island just off shore of Ind, the equivalent of Sri Lanka, mostly covered by forests on which a High Elf fortress known as the Tower of the Sun is situated. A collection of smaller islands are bunched up close to Ind, one of which has another High Elf outpost known as the Tower of Stars. Separating the Kingdoms of Ind from Grand Cathay is a leg of mountains from the Ogre Kingdoms, the equivalent of the Himalayas, where the Land of the Celestial Dragon Monks is. Just inside the nation of Ind is a coastal city called the City of Spires. The rulers of Ind are said to be attended by many servants and slaves, as well as being wealthy and generous.

[8th Edition Rule book] Every tenth year, the court of the Everqueen goes forth upon a seaborne pilgrimage to the hidden Tower of the Sun south of the equator. The Queen alone can hold back the slow encroachment of the gravid orb Morrslieb that occurs with every eclipse… The Everqueen gives up her own moonblood in a great ritual that ensures Morrslieb is held at bay for another decade. Such is the Elven way; to save the world and expect nothing in return.

Rod uses the City of Spires for his Army Fluff, he might know more.

A quick google had me find an old thread on Asrai.org in which our own Giladis shares some knowledge on some of these places. It's worth PMing him to see how much he knows.
