I'll throw my hat in here and say i'll give it a go. Love the Game of Thrones series on TV but i regret to say i have not read any of the books so my knowledge only spans as far as the TV series.

No I just read the books, and at one point I was getting really pissed off at the people at my school who weren't that interested in the plot.... Or the characters...... For obvious reasons.... As such I haven't whatched it... (as much as my grandfather persuades me )

Don't know about the 'mad king' (unless its Pelagius the Mad from Elder Scrolls) but am willing to give it a go as it sounds fun! Now that i don't have a Girlfriend anymore i can spend more time here!
