Are you talking about a playgroup in real life or something online?
For online, they tend to start every so often. It would probably help if you let people know what sort of settings you're familiar with or would like to roleplay in. Then if you don't want to gm, just need to find someone willing to run something.

RPGs tend to be run sporadically on Ulthuan. They either last for a very, very short time, or a very, very long time. You can always start one yourself; otherwise you'll need to wait for one to start, and no one can say when that will be.
If you're wanting a more self-contained sort of roleplay activity, the Druchii Amongst Us games happen fairly regularly and are open to large amounts of people.
