Problem is that with the two unmounted characters going into the Phoenix Guard, dropping 1 would bring the number to 23 (including the 2 characters) which would then mean uneven ranks. Dropping an archer could work, but I'd have to drop 2 if I'm to give both the Prince AND the BSB Dragon Armour, see...

Yeah, DA on the BSB would probably be ideal but as it stands, I don't have the points for it (shows you how close to the limit I am really )

For me it basically boils down to cost, the increase from Heavy -> Dragon would mean sacrificing other models, and gives me no bonus to AS and. While the WS might be handy in a last ditch situation, I don't see it making or breaking my day (that often)
